
I'm in the midst of baking a cheesecake and I'm hoping I've done everything I've been told to do by the recipe I've found online that's gotten over 2,000 positive reviews. 2,000 is not an exaggeration. There are actually that many people who've made this very cheesecake that's sitting in my oven, liked it, and chose to review it. Favorably.
The hard part is waiting for the thing to cool in the oven for 5 or six hours (per the recipe.) I'm just not that kind of girl.
Now it's in the fridge and looks delicious!

It was WORTH it!!!! I said I'd freeze half of it but it didn't end up happening. Instead, I plan on storing it for a long time in my belly area.
