This drawing would be a bit better if it didn’t have that quarter of a cat head in the upper left corner. My nice big compy doesn’t have photoshop like my laptop does though so it’ll have to stay for now.
Anyway... I made potato leek soup tonight and it came out tasty. I think next time I would use a different potato. Yukon Golds may be the best for mashed potatoes but this soup might need to call for another. “Russet???”
